Terms of service
Last updated 8 October 2026
These terms govern your firm's use of Anqulas Docs, a service operated by Anqulas ("we"). By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of your firm.
The service
Anqulas Docs lets your firm request, collect, review and store documents from your clients, send them reminders, and issue invoices. We provide it "as is" and work to keep it available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Your account
- You must give accurate details and keep your password and authenticator safe.
- Each person needs their own login; sharing logins is not allowed.
- You are responsible for what your staff do in your workspace.
Your data
Everything your firm and your clients upload belongs to your firm. You decide what to collect and are the data fiduciary for it under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023; we process it only to provide the service, as set out in our data processing agreement, which forms part of these terms, and our privacy policy. You can export it at any time.
Acceptable use
- Use Anqulas Docs only to communicate with your own clients, for your professional work.
- Do not send spam, upload malware, or try to access another firm's data.
- WhatsApp messages must follow Meta's WhatsApp Business policies, including your clients' opt-in.
Plans and payment
New firms get a free trial. After it, the service is prepaid by the month or year at the prices shown when you pay. Nothing renews automatically. If a period ends unpaid, the workspace is paused after a short grace period; your data is kept and is available again as soon as you pay. Refunds, including our 7-day money-back on a firm's first payment, follow our refund and cancellation policy.
Ending the service
You may stop using Anqulas Docs at any time; export your data first. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or harms other users. If you ask us to delete your firm's data, we will do so, except what the law requires us to keep.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount your firm paid us in the twelve months before it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will tell account admins about material changes. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Questions: the email address on our contact page.
